I have lived here for 45 years. Have, over the years, had jobs done by many people. Most were ok. I needed to find someone whom I could trust, would go over the details, give me a timing for both the start and the time from start to finish. Also a price$$. He impressed me, with his price and the options he presented, for each job. He explained that he charges for the job, whether
you drive an old jalopy or a Lamborghini. He is a fair, personable, knowledgeable man. I have recommended him to people, all of whom have used him and been happy. If you want a recommendation, on a one-to-ten scale, I’d give him a 20, at least. B/T/W, he always shows up. If there’s a time problem, he’ll let you know.

I am not a person to write a review, actually, this is the first time. I feel compelled to review my experience with Joe Titta. I contacted Joe to perform a few upgrades and repairs to my home in preparation of it being placed on the market. The projects which consisted of electrical rewiring, closet door installations, plumbing upgrades and laminate floor installation was completed in a timely manner at the quoted price. The final result not only impressed me, but also the real estate agent who was placing my house on the market. I am convinced that Joe’s work directly contributed to an offer being placed on my home during the first open house weekend. With two weeks to go before closing an unanticipated problem presented itself that needed to be addressed immediately. I contacted Joe and he immediately responded to the residence to evaluate the situation. A high level of trust is needed when you are dependent on a contractor to evaluate a situation and report their findings back to you and that’s exactly what I have in Joe. He managed to coordinate these repairs with his existing schedule and completed the project within a week. If you are looking for an honest, hard-working, Contractor look no further Joe Titta is your man.

I met Joe from a friend. I needed a few things fixed in my basement. The person I had first to fix my basement after I had flooded did a really sloppy job. Then Joe came in and his work is done wonderfully neat wall is smooth the steps look amazing. I plan to use him again for another job in my home and I recommend him to anyone who asks. He is honest, trustworthy, an all around good guy.

I just want to start by saying Joe Titta is the best repairman we ever had. He is friendly, reliable and you can always count on him even for emergencies. No job is too small. Joe is very knowledgeable with home improvements and repairs which encompass a large scope. His work is excellent!! Here is a list of the jobs he has done for us and are very happy with the outcome –

– Painted bathroom and molding, caulked tiles and sealed it. The room looks amazing!
– Added bannisters on 4 flights, wood with wrought iron, he did a great job, they are very sturdy and attractive.
– Fixed large leak at bay window
– Fixed electrical outlets in kitchen and bathroom.
– Put up new light fixtures in hallway, den and bathroom. They look beautiful!
– Put up window treatments, blinds and shades.
– And for emergencies, dishwasher needed to be pulled out and stove taken apart. Joe came the next day and took care of the issues.

We are very happy with all the work Joe has done for us and would highly recommend him!!

I can unhesitatingly recommend Joe for any and all work around the house. He has assisted us with many varied issues that arose over a period of time, he installed new trims around our garage door, a new storm door on the apartment, he re-grouted and repaired a crack in the foundation, he re-caulked the shower door tracks, he replaced a full set of ceiling-to-floor living room blinds, replaced the bathroom exhaust fan, replaced the hanging rod in our closet, and worked on various and sundry other items that needed a quality review. In all of these, Joe was pleasant, prompt, reliable, patient, friendly, efficient, and the quality of his work is great. Give the job to Joe. You will be more than satisfied.

I have known Joe for a few years. He has done many different types of work for me. He is very reliable and very honest and good at everything he has done for me. I would highly recommend him in fact I have.

If anyone needs a handyman then Joe is your man, he’s very reasonably priced and will do the job to your satisfaction. He caulked all my windows until the water stopped coming in and sealed around and under my front door. You won’t be disappointed with his work.

Joe has done work in my home. I hired him not knowing anything about him. Well I was not disappointed in the least! He is professional, yet friendly, knowledgeable to just about all subjects concerning home repair and he is a man of his word. Honest with no hidden surprises about cost. I would definitely give him a “4” star rating in my opinion.

I first hired Joe a couple of years ago to fix my retractable awning. I asked for recommendations on the “Nextdoor” app for someone who can repair a retractable awing and Joe contacted me. Since then, I’ve hired Joe to do countless work around my house consisting of a small job like hanging a light fixture and a large job (he will soon be installing my new kitchen cabinets and painting the whole inside of my house). I hired Joe and his crew for almost all of the projects I needed done for my house, including renovating my bathroom and kitchen. He also painted the exterior of my house/deck and renovated my outdoor balcony. Joe has also done countless other jobs for me which included installing lights, microwave and dishwasher. Joe Titta provided a detailed estimate and did a beautiful job with all the home improvements I had done in my home. I completely renovated my living room/dining room with new flooring, added ceiling and floor molding, and window/door encasements. I had the entire house freshly painted along with many other various projects throughout the years. Joe is completely reliable, honest and trustworthy. His attention to detail is impeccable. He was also very neat and respectful of my home. His workmanship shows excellent quality of his work. We are very satisfied with his craftsmanship and professionalism.

I’ve known Joe Titta since 2018, he has done multiple projects for me that I have been absolutely positively floored with! He flawlessly installs doors, builds almost anything custom that you can think up and will help you design your dream! I think he does everything but roofing so that’s a pretty long list, he’s a contractor you can put your trust in, he is always a phone call away for any questions you may have, I have found that a god send! He is neat and clean, has manners, he does the extra that others overlook, he’s dependable, and that’s a big one, it’s hard to find dependable contractors that actually show up. He will do jobs big and small, they may take him a while as he’s a one man show, but he will sub contract if need be, so you have to ask yourself, do you want quality or a fast job? Do you want peace of mind or doubt? I can vouch that I have never worried about a job not done right, he gets the ‘details’. He knows paints! He knows paint brushes, I can go on, but you get the gist of this. Try him for a small project and see for yourself, I’m not getting paid to write this review, I’m just blessed to have met Joe Titta.

We originally hired Joe to replace a rotted wood panel on our outdoor 2nd floor balcony. It was a difficult piece to match but Joe did a wonderful job matching the wood and you can’t even notice the difference. He also painted the exterior of our home and all the trim around the windows. He is reliable, polite, professional, extremely neat and reasonably priced. Two other neighbors on my block were also impressed with his work and hired him as well. My mother needed the asphalt in her driveway sealed and she too was very pleased with his work. I would definitely recommend Joe for all your handyman needs!!

I have used Mr. Titta’s services for about five years. My exterminator gave me his name and it was the best recommendation I have received. Mr. Titta always responds to me in a timely manner, so very rare these days. From installing a new sink to caulking to tile work to fixing a lamp, Mr. Titta can do it all. He is reliable, professional and has always solved the problems I presented to him. A real find!

Joe Titta has done exceptional work in our home. He installed and programmed the Google Nest doorbell, hung a 75 pound mirror on our bedroom wall, built and hung a set of IKEA wall cabinets in our laundry room, and did several other home improvements.
